Key Responsibilities

  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support our office functions.
  • Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Information Filing: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and a team player.
