About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at B.C. LTD. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in the planning and organization of daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • To supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • To establish and implement policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least one year to less than two years of experience in a similar role.
Work Setting

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and implementing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • The administrative coordinator will oversee 3-4 people.
  • Human resources is an area where the incumbent will have experience.
