Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at KG Timber Mart Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, reviewing and evaluating new procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. They will also be responsible for assembling data, preparing reports, and performing data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks to support administrative operations
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
