We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BC Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed and that deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are adequate and in good working order.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members, including booking flights and hotels.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, vacation time, and other relevant information.
  • Ensure that all administrative procedures are followed, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is $60,000 per year, plus benefits and a comprehensive compensation package.

Work Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a regular 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
