Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to do their jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement procedures for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware components
Compensation and Benefits
