Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Bonjour Infotech.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues;
- Consulting technical guides, manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions;
- Collecting, organizing, and maintaining a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts;
- Providing business system, network, and internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A college diploma or non-university certificate from a program of 1 year to 2 years;
- Less than 2 years of experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Familiarity with computer systems, networks, and internet protocols.
Bonjour Infotech offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as:

This is a full-time permanent position requiring a 32-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
