The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Upholding our commitment to quality in service and brand standards with ongoing staff training.
  • Maintaining/supporting the high standard of quality represented in our Food & Beverage programs.
  • Coordinating and conducting pre-shift meetings.
  • HR Management including hiring, training, performance management and schedule writing.
  • Maintaining daily communication for Food, Wine, and Beverage details as they relate to service.
  • Developing product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and tastings.
  • Inventory and cost control management.
  • Fostering a work culture where staff development and a job well done are recognized.
  • Developing and maintaining regular clientele.
  • Increasing guest check average.
  • Balance daily cash and meet labor targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and office administration skills.
  • The ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience.
  • A passion for food, beverage and all things related to the restaurant business.
  • An ability to build and foster relationships, and commitment to people development.
  • Current First Aid, Serving It Right & Food Safe Certification.
