Job Description

This role involves taking an active part in service during all operating hours, upholding our commitment to quality in service and brand standards through ongoing staff training, maintaining/supporting high standards of quality represented in our Food & Beverage programs, coordinating pre-shift meetings, HR management, daily communication for Food, Wine, and Beverage details, developing product knowledge, inventory and cost control management, and fostering a work culture where staff development and a job well done are recognized.

What You'll Do:
  1. Take an active role in service during all operating hours.
  2. Uphold our commitment to quality in service and brand standards with ongoing staff training.
  3. Maintain/support the high standard of quality represented in our Food & Beverage programs.
  4. Coordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings.
  5. HR Management including hiring, training, performance management and schedule writing.
  6. Maintain daily communication for Food, Wine, and Beverage details as they relate to service.
  7. Develop product knowledge through ongoing training, seminars, and tastings.
  8. Inventory and cost control management.
  9. Ability to foster a work culture where staff development and a job well done are recognized.
  10. Develop and maintain regular clientele.
  11. Increase guest check average.
  12. Balance daily cash and meet labor targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of restaurant management experience, excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills, strong computer and office administration skills, the ability to train effectively and execute to deliver a great guest experience, a passion for food, beverage, and all things related to the restaurant business, the ability to build and foster relationships, and commitment to people development. Current First Aid, Serving It Right & Food Safe Certification is also required.
