Compassionate Care Professional

The position involves assisting clients/patients/residents with activities of daily living, providing direct client/patient/resident care within established standards of care, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience providing care to individuals with physical or cognitive impairments and possess a valid Manitoba Class 5 driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and/or willingness to travel year-round.
We are seeking a compassionate care professional who can work independently and/or as a member of a team, seeking assistance as required. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills: MS Word and Outlook, and be able to communicate effectively with clients/patients/residents, families, and co-workers.
The estimated salary for this position is between $20.09 and $23.99 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits may include opportunities for growth and development, a comprehensive compensation package, and a supportive work environment.
