Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet organizational standards.
- Delegate work effectively to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
- Experience working with electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Able to work 40 hours per week.
- Ability to travel using own transportation or public transportation.
This is a permanent position requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
