Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per yearAbout the Job

We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Leader to join our team. As the primary point of contact for administrative matters, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet organizational standards.
  • Delegate work effectively to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, flexibility, and reliability.
  • Experience working with electronic mail, spreadsheet, accounting software, human resources software, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to travel using own transportation or public transportation.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position requiring the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
