Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Practice Nurse, you will provide professional nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer prescribed medical treatments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide leadership within the healthcare team and coordinate patient care and discharge.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of patient needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in Nursing from an approved program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM).
  • Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration.
  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
