As a Compassionate Support Worker at Rainbow Care Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our service users by providing them with the necessary care and support to live independently in their communities.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services that cater to the unique needs of each service user, including assisting with personal care tasks, creating and maintaining good communication with service users, and alerting the Care Coordinator or Field Supervisor of any changes in their condition or circumstances.
