Clinical Autonomy: As a private, independent clinic backed by Specsavers' resources, you will have the freedom to deliver tailored care to your patients while benefiting from our extensive support network.

Pre-test Support: Our trained eyecare consultants assist patients through pre-testing, ensuring seamless transitions for your consultations. Reports are sent directly to your exam room for preparation.

Professional Development: You will gain access to a qualified optometry support consultant for on-site and virtual professional development sessions.

Earnings: Enjoy a competitive daily rate or percentage of billings, whichever is higher. In addition to guaranteed pay and training, you will have opportunities for growth and potential ownership if desired. Estimated salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
