We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide essential nursing care to patients in Cambridge, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, and assisting in developing and implementing patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nursing assessments and provide direct patient care.
  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients' responses.
  • Educate patients and families about health management.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in Canada.
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
