Responsibilities

- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare, review, and file client documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and industry regulations to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Assist in planning and organizing client events and seminars, ensuring successful execution and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to support the financial advisor's workflow, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
Experience/Qualifications
- Exceptional ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- High level of accuracy in preparing and entering information, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Basic understanding of financial services is preferred but not required, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
