Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at Save Max Real Estate Inc.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and coordinating various activities within the HR department.
Your primary duties will include arranging seminars and conferences, assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating daily operations, directing staff, evaluating work environments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring workers, maintaining digital databases, conducting research, and performing data entry. You will also provide customer service and work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong background in human resources and a proven track record of success in a similar role would be an asset.
