About this Opportunity

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited, a proudly Canadian and independently owned business, is seeking an experienced HRIS System Manager to strengthen the foundation of our SAP SuccessFactors system.

The successful candidate will enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with subject matter experts, and data-driven decision making. They will have the opportunity to take something great and make it even better by leveraging innovation to help realize strategic Human Resources initiatives.

This 12-month maternity leave replacement role is a unique chance to work on a highly complex system that combines multiple independent Coca-Cola bottlers into one, while allowing each group to maintain their unique business processes, brand, and commercial identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, guidance, and expertise in HRIS systems and analytics, including collaboration across multiple functions and partners.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS standards and controls to ensure data integrity and functionality.
  • Define requirements, implement, and manage core HR Systems.
  • Perform user-acceptance testing, research data discrepancies, confirm accuracy, and ensure information is available on a timely basis.
  • Identify and recommend technical solutions to improve existing processes and optimize operational effectiveness within HR.
  • Partner with management to identify data and metrics requirements.

Requirements

  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience with a focus in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years' HRIS experience is required.
  • Experience with SAP, including SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Talent, Recruiting modules, or SAP On-Premise system.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with external vendors and partners.
  • Exceptional ability to listen to the voice of the customer.
  • Demonstrated ability to create, maintain, and examine data in spreadsheets, reports, and charts.

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience, for this exciting opportunity.
