Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Systems Manager to join Modaxo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the enhancements, development, and ongoing maintenance/support of HR Workday solutions in support of the business strategy.

About the Role

The Senior HRIS Systems Manager will provide expertise on configuration, functionality, applicability, and usability of HR production, cross-functional support, and data visualization solutions. They will also be responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of HR Workday reporting solutions in support of the HR reporting strategy.

This role involves proactive identification of new trends and technologies for possible implementation and making recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control project work: measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify and quantify variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new trends and technologies for possible implementation and make recommendations on replacing or improving existing ineffective systems or processes.
  • Effectively communicate and deliver information and related analysis using excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Liaise with the global HR team and specialist groups to implement global standards and resolve issues across our instance of Workday.
  • Support and execute bulk data loading activities, such as mass promotions, pay changes, and position changes using Workday's EIB functionality.
  • Lead and execute new acquisitions on Workday if required.
  • Maintain and publish monthly global headcount and other reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience of implementing HR systems in similar organizations and at a similar scale.
  • Demonstrated ability with implementation of HRIS systems and processes (including employee lifecycle transactions), reporting tools, and working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
  • Workday experience is essential (minimum 2 years of proven experience handling Workday configuration and maintenance).
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency with MS Project.
  • Project/HR/IT certification preferred but not essential.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
