Job Summary

Aerosports Trampoline Park is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Consult technical manuals, user guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on the proper use of computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Set up and configure computer equipment, including operating systems and software, for employee use.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations for web servers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Computer and technology knowledge: Linux, JavaOS, networking software, networking security, data analysis software, and MS Windows.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, sitting, and ability to multitask.
  • Personal suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, judgment, organized, team player, ability to multitask, and time management.
