Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Aerosports Trampoline Park. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees and customers, troubleshooting computer issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
