Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and providing them with the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their inquiries and provide them with product information and pricing
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Proficient in French language (written and spoken)
