About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at RESULTS ADVERTISING. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate a team, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
