Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at RESULTS ADVERTISING. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Management
    • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity within the customer service department.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on customer service performance and trends.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these areas.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and manage a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
