Administrative Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team at Trusser Construction.
This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health care plan and other benefits.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
A key responsibility of this role will be to oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have experience in MS Office, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. They will also have strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and co-ordination of office administrative procedures
- Planning and controlling budget and expenditures
- Ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Implementation of new administrative procedures
- Review and evaluation of new administrative procedures
- Delegation of work to office support staff
- Establishment of work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records
- Co-ordination and planning for office services
- Preparation of operating budget
- Maintenance of inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparation of reports
- Training of staff
- Resolution of conflict situations
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Overseeing payroll administration
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organisational skills
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
