Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Sunrise Freight Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and preparing minutes of meetings
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
