Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our Materials Technology team in Mississauga, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and budgets, while maintaining excellent client relations
  • Prepare and review technical proposals and reports
  • Conduct site investigations and construction/materials testing and inspections
  • Provide recommendations to clients for materials testing results that are not in compliance with specifications
  • Support business development and client maintenance through client sourcing, proposal preparation, and qualification packages
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary and project teams to deliver projects
  • Provide expertise and support for geotechnical and construction materials aspects of projects throughout the design, tendering, and construction stages

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation is required
  • Minimum 15+ years' experience in the Materials Technology engineering field
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
