Cansel is seeking a technical expert to join our team as a Technical Support and Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, conducting product training, and developing customized solutions tailored to their needs.

About the Role:

  • Attend sales calls with Account Managers and sales professionals
  • Perform technical sales presentations
  • Conduct product training in a classroom environment and/or online
  • Provide product Technical Support to our clients
  • Develop customized solutions tailored to our customers' needs
  • Assist in the development of product related instructional programs
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of product educational materials
  • Assist in the development of technical support documentation

About You:

  • Post-secondary education in Geomatics, Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (French)
  • Finely tuned customer service skills
  • High diagnostic, analytical, and creative skills
  • Familiarity with GPS and conventional surveying, data processing, as well as 3D scanning workflows
  • Field experience with Trimble equipment, terrestrial and SLAM laser scanners is a definite asset
