Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Allwood Carpentry Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate various events, meetings, and seminars as needed.
  • Determine and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for employees.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Compile data and statistics for reporting purposes.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or areas.
  • Set up and maintain filing systems both manually and digitally.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Work Environment

The Support Services Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, paid on a monthly basis.
