Job OverviewThis is a permanent position that requires working 35 hours per week. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination
You will be in charge of scheduling appointments and confirming them with clients. This includes answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries.
Administrative TasksAs a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and setting up manual and computerized filing systems. You will also type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Communication and Interpersonal SkillsYour excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management. You will need to multitask, work independently, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Requirements- Physical Demands
The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You must be organized, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The language of work is English, and the work term is ongoing.
