Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Manage events and functions, including catering and private parties.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing budgets, increasing revenue, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
