Director of Food and Beverage

Are you a seasoned hospitality professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the food and beverage operations, including 6 restaurants and catering services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Lead a team of food and beverage professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and labor costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create a resort-wide food and beverage program
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field
  • 3+ years of senior management experience in hospitality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
