Job Title: Director of Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food and Beverage to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage quality, service, and revenue.
  • Lead a team of culinary and beverage professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Manage food and beverage budgets, controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in hospitality, culinary arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, improving quality, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
