Pomeroy Lodging LP is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead our culinary operations at the renowned Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, an Autograph Collection by Marriott property nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee six distinct restaurants and catering services, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving financial success. Your leadership will shape the culinary landscape of our resort, ensuring that every dining experience reflects the highest standards of quality, service, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence in all aspects of food & beverage operations, from menu development to guest interaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance revenue generation and profitability within the F&B division.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented culinary professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and industry best practices.
