About the Role
As a Branch Manager at ICONIX, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan. This includes evaluating and making necessary changes to current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, prioritizing work to successfully meet timelines, and managing continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives
- Evaluate and improve branch operations and procedures
- Track financial and operational progress and provide metrics to the regional manager
- Develop and manage branch budget and forecasts
- Facilitate employee safety training and monitor inventory levels/purchasing
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
- 7+ years of related work experience, including 3 years of management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
