This includes evaluating and making necessary changes to current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, prioritizing work to successfully meet timelines, and managing continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of employees to achieve business objectives
  • Evaluate and improve branch operations and procedures
  • Track financial and operational progress and provide metrics to the regional manager
  • Develop and manage branch budget and forecasts
  • Facilitate employee safety training and monitor inventory levels/purchasing

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of related work experience, including 3 years of management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
