Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CTC Golf and Turf. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our golf courses and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including landscaping and turf care
  • Estimate labour and materials required for projects
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts for maintenance services
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Standing for extended periods
