Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Irrigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds, ensuring they are safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including landscaping and hardscaping
  • Estimate labour and materials required for projects
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed
  • Tender and administer contracts with vendors
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to staff to improve productivity and product quality
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
