We are seeking an Agronomist Solutions Specialist to join our team at Next Level Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing small grains agronomic recommendations & solutions for customers and personnel across West SK and East SK/MB locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with customer trials & agronomic demonstrations.
  • Support automation requirements and leverage systems to review and interpret data.
  • Support water management, review drainage products and assist customers with data interpretation.
  • Conduct soil, tissue, and water analysis to provide recommendations for customers.
  • Assist in training & development of staff and customers.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of crop protection products and seed varieties.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including travel.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
  • Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region.
  • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) – Option to obtain designation when employed.
  • Professional Agronomy Designation. (PAg – SIA/AIA/MIA).
  • 5 years' experience in an agronomic-focused role.
  • Agriculture, Business, or Science Degree - Emphasis on Plant/Soil science experience.
  • Operations Center & Agronomic Application experience.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
  • Ability to use desktop and internet applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
