We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Solutions Specialist to join our team. As an Information Technology Solutions Specialist, you will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of new services and existing service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a technical field, with expertise in writing user-friendly content that meets the needs of varying audiences. You will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing complex information, identifying opportunities for innovation, and developing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver impactful training materials and services to optimize the use of technology and generate business value.
  • Evaluate and analyze complex information to identify opportunities for innovation and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Maintain an expert level of professional knowledge of new technology and provide continuous improvement of process for service support requirements and customer satisfaction.
  • Work independently on large scale projects and initiatives within a highly complex, enterprise environment requiring understanding of Saskatchewan Polytechnic's enterprise applications and business processes.

Requirements:

  • TWO-YEAR DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS, OR COMMUNICATIONS (FOREIGN EDUCATION MUST HAVE CANADIAN EQUIVALENCE CERTIFICATION).
  • FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITHIN AN ENTERPRISE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT IN THE FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY ADOPTION, INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY TRAINING, OR RELATED FIELD.
  • DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO DEVELOP AND DELIVER IMPACTFUL TRAINING MATERIALS AND SERVICES TO OPTIMIZE THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY AND GENERATE BUSINESS VALUE.
  • EXCEPTIONAL EDITING SKILLS ENSURING HIGH STANDARDS OF QUALITY AND CONSISTENCY IN PUBLISHED MATERIALS.
  • EFFECTIVE ANALYTICAL, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS.
  • ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
