The Senior Commercial Insurance Specialist plays a pivotal role at HK Henderson in ensuring exceptional client service and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example, demonstrating unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Providing expert guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their development and empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Collaborating with Advisors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion, leveraging expertise to drive revenue and exceed client expectations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall performance.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, market trends, and emerging risks, staying ahead of the curve to ensure optimal solutions for clients.

HK Henderson offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
