We are seeking a skilled Precision Ag Equipment Specialist to join our team at Next Level Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring incoming customer and dealer personnel calls with the intent of quickly addressing Precision Ag equipment problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and accurately resolving common data, digital and embedded solution questions, and errors through calls and ticketing system.
  • Assisting the Intelligence Solutions team with equipment set up, optimization, reviewing customer data.
  • Support equipment set up and operation relevant to water management.
  • Performing diagnostic/repair of weather instruments.
  • Assist in training & development of co-workers and customers.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience working in an agriculture related role.
  • Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
  • The ability to use desktop and internet applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dealership service or other related work experience considered an asset.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including travel.
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License and the ability to travel.
