We are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Specialist to join our team at EFCO Corp. in the Indiana Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Key responsibilities include reviewing contract drawings, interviewing clients to determine project needs, and developing innovative solutions to customer forming needs. You will also be responsible for negotiating pricing, terms, and implementation dates, as well as closing orders and following up to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications for this role include knowledge of concrete construction and forming techniques, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.
