Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at The BestLife Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress and site activities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site staff, including laborers, tradespeople, and contractors
- Coordinate and schedule site activities, including material deliveries and equipment maintenance
- Oversee the training and development of site staff, including apprentices and new hires
- Recruit and hire site staff, as needed
- Estimate and manage site costs, including materials and labor
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
- Recommend personnel actions, including promotions and disciplinary measures
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
