Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at The BestLife Group. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop construction team members.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
