Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at The BestLife Group.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit production reports to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Supervise a team of over 20 workers and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays.
- Oversee apprenticeship training programs to develop the skills of junior staff members.
- Recruit and hire workers, and conduct related staffing actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure staff members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects to ensure budgetary compliance.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Recommend personnel actions to management to ensure the team is working effectively.
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure project completion.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 35-hour workweek.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
