Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and manage food and supply costs, ensuring efficient inventory control and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and train cooks in food preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Maintain accurate records of food consumption, sales, and labor costs, providing valuable insights for menu development and kitchen optimization.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of success in inventory management, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of cooks, servers, and management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation, with a passion for innovation and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
