Senior Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive Chef to join our culinary team at Mount Norquay. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Job SummaryThe Senior Executive Chef will oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to train and develop junior chefs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers
- A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
