We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a Seasonal Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our hospital by providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.

About the Role:

  • You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience for all who enter our hospital.
  • You will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to non-patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • You will assess the needs of each client and their pet, determining the level of care required and ensuring that they receive the attention and support they need.
  • You will work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • You will be responsible for confirming appointments, preparing clients for their visits, and providing emotional support and resources to those who are experiencing loss or difficulty.
