Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and customer service
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment

Our café is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to work in a noisy and busy environment, with exposure to odors and other environmental factors.
