Strategic Client Development Manager

About the RoleThis strategic position involves developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs. As a key member of our Client Relationship Team, you will leverage your business development expertise to identify opportunities for growth and drive revenue.
We are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of success in sales and relationship management.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through analysis of financial statements, identifying trends, monitoring risk, and assessing credit restructuring opportunities
- Collaborate with a team of expert advisors to create and execute client contact strategies tailored to individual needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and personalized service
- Leverage RBC's expertise to identify referral opportunities and make introductions to relevant partners
- Minimum 3-5 years commercial banking experience
- Proven client-centricity, business development, and relationship management excellence
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- New client acquisition skills, including pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customer contact, and cold calling
- Experience with emerging communications and technology, such as web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience
