Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager - Engineered Tubular Products, you will play a key role in implementing our sales strategy and developing effective relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in implementing sales strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales budget.
- Implement sales programs by developing sales actions.
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and promote the sale of company products and services.
- Lead the effective implementation of new programs and products.
- Participate in monthly Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
- Solicit inquiries and work with customer service representatives to ensure timely and competitive quotations.
- Participate in trade shows on behalf of ATG and SSCL as directed.
Requirements:
- Sales management experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in the steel and metals industry.
- 4-year degree or equivalent with courses in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Strong communication skills, written, oral, and presentation.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with or without direct supervision.
- Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
